This is the k-12 Dell Latitude 2100. It had vista so i bumped it and i tried running leopard but had some issues with drivers and kernel stuff. I switched to ubuntu cause it has been awhile since i forayed into the Linux enivronment and the polish and candy that Ubuntu 9 had was just unreal. Really digging it. Plus as light weight as Ubuntu is as an OS it is perfect for my netbook with atom processor. Dont get me wrong i still love macs. I need the smaller form factor and the weight. and of course the price to come down. I will be interested in seeing what happens on the 27th when the "iSlate" does or doesnt happen and what it looks like.
